As a Product Manager in Identity & Access Management within the Commercial & Investment Bank at JPMorganChase, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle for the platform that governs how clients authenticate, access, and manage their digital identities across the firm. • Partners with security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure product designs meet regulatory and industry standards (e.g., NIST 800-63, FFIEC, PSD2) and reduce organizational attack surface

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Working knowledge of authentication and authorization standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn, multi-factor authentication and step-up models)

  • Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of leading large-scale transformation or migration initiatives, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
