The Opportunity

To achieve our next level of impact, we’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development across identity, privacy, and platform capabilities. This role will shape the customer-facing security and privacy experience for both individual users and our most sophisticated enterprise clients.

As Senior Product Manager for Identity, Privacy & Platform, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for account and identity systems, enterprise security controls, and user privacy experiences. You’ll play a vital role in how Superhuman establishes trust and transparency. Ensuring that every user and admin understands and feels in control of their data, identity, and access.

This is a highly collaborative, strategic role that blends technical platform depth with customer-facing design and compliance awareness. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to build scalable, intuitive, and secure systems across our product ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

  • Set product strategy for the Identity & Privacy area, aligning business goals, compliance needs, and user trust to support Superhuman's product roadmap.
  • Own the experience and infrastructure behind account lifecycle management, including sign-up, login, account linking, password recovery, and deactivation flows.
  • Define and implement thoughtful, user-centered consent and data privacy transparency and controls that ensure clarity and compliance with relevant data regulations.
  • Design and drive enterprise-ready security capabilities such as:
    • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
    • Session Timeout and Management
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
    • Provisioning and deprovisioning using System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
    • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) encryption
  • Partner with Feature Development, GTM, Security, Responsible AI, and  Customer Experience teams to translate product capabilities into scalable customer-facing documentation and support.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on identity, privacy, security, or platform-related products.
  • Proven success delivering customer-facing features in domains like authentication, account management, or privacy controls.
  • Deep familiarity with identity protocols and technologies such as SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and encryption methods.
  • Experience building for enterprise environments and supporting complex requirements like DLP, role-based access, and compliance workflows.
  • Passion for delivering trustworthy and intuitive privacy experiences—you can balance transparency, compliance, and UX with ease.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can align stakeholders across Security, Legal, Engineering, and GTM functions.
  • An analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, driving learning agendas, and measuring long-term impact.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
