Job Overview: We’re hiring a Product Manager II to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Financials, Access & Integrations Management, development team. This team is central to the movement of money, delivering a secure, multi-rail disbursement platform designed to eliminate friction and enforce total financial control.

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead a key product used by thousands of customers each week. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including engineering, design, customer service, and leadership—to gather insights, align on priorities, and deliver impactful solutions.

You’ll use data, customer feedback, and user research to identify opportunities, improve existing features, and build new ones. You’ll launch enhancements, measure outcomes, and continuously refine the user experience.

Working closely with design and engineering, you’ll drive efficient, high-quality delivery while guiding the product through the development lifecycle. You’ll keep stakeholders informed, manage priorities, and ensure projects stay on track. We’re looking for a hands-on PM who is passionate about building great products and turning ideas into results.

Responsibilities

  • Determine what our customers need. Leverage internal and external sources, conduct customer interviews, surveys, analyze behavior and develop solutions.
  • Categorize business problems and conduct competitive research to provide those inputs to design in order to produce solutions
  • Craft and maintain the product backlog. Work with design and engineering teams to define, groom, and execute epics & features that drive the most value to our customers.
  • Communicate & coordinate. Work with designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to capture problems in user stories and ensure features, epics, and releases are well communicated, understood, and adopted by our customers.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to negotiate acceptance criteria and find the right balance of scope for now vs. later
  • Provide strong evidence and rationale for decision making
  • Seamless integration with fellow product managers to ensure that all teams are running in the same manner
  • Rigorously leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, features, and design
  • Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Implementation to drive initiatives.

Qualifications: 

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated experience with fintech, payments, transactions, or financial products
  • Experience leading payment controls, integrations, and related product initiatives
  • Proven ability to own substantial aspects of the product lifecycle, including opportunity identification, roadmap development, business case creation, execution, and performance measurement
  • Hands-on experience managing and delivering product integrations
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving customer problems
  • Experience conducting customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions is highly preferred
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization, scoping, and decision-making
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex product initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Dovetail, or similar product management tools

Compensation that Grows with You

For this position, the base salary range is $130,000-150,000. While this range serves as a guideline, your actual compensation will reflect your experience and skillset.
