PRODUCT MANAGER, MARKETING CLOUD & WEB

Mogli Technologies delivers a native Salesforce application for SMS and WhatsApp communications and impeccable Salesforce implementation services to global organizations. Our products and implementations are easy to use and have robust functionality. Our fantastic team members have won the loyalty of clients around the world. We are a small, high-trust team with a focus on accelerating the success of our clients globally.

The Product Manager, Marketing Cloud & Web will play a pivotal role in expanding our Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration and evolving our API and web application. This role is essential in shaping the future of Mogli’s platform, ensuring seamless communication experiences for our enterprise clients. Reporting directly to Product Leadership, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

What we hold sacred around here:

Empathy: A powerful characteristic that’s about being in tune, seeing, knowing, and understanding others while also relating as a human in a tech-minded world. Listen. Ask questions. Offer tactful solutions. Instead of serving our own interests, we are wired to serve others.

Hustle & Tenacity: We are action-oriented and happiest in motion. We take pride in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients & partners. In the midst of adversity or challenges, we don't quit, but hold to a vision and eliminate barriers to find resolution & make things happen.

Twinkle in your Eye: It’s that hidden energy, emotion, or humor – the excitement of having a particular idea before putting it into action. You know something about something and you are excited to share that knowledge.

Proactive: We aim for a no surprises policy that builds trust by outlining next steps early and often, identifying patterns, and courageously communicating. A little extra effort up front saves a big effort later on. Proactivity is a generous and conscientious act.

Growth Minded: We are continually evolving, creating, beautifully curious, and willing to step outside our comfort zones. Unwilling to settle for how things are, we are always looking for ways to engage more effectively and efficiently. Navigating a growing and dynamic business is easiest with a growth mindset.

What your day to day looks like:

  • Drive the execution of Mogli's integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with market needs and delivering a best-in-class user experience.
  • Define and manage the API roadmap, focusing on ensuring robust and scalable integration with Salesforce and other Mogli systems.
  • Oversee the evolution of Mogli's web application, including Mogli Scheduler, and define its future roadmap to support expanded functionality and Marketing Cloud integration.

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring backlog items are clearly defined, well-documented, and aligned with the product strategy.
  • Collaborate to develop and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Plan and manage product releases, coordinating with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring clear communication of product status and priorities.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2-4 years of product management experience in a B2B2C SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and evolving web applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Expertise in backlog refining, roadmap planning, and release management.
  • Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Experience creating user journeys and internal product documentation.

Preferred Tech Stack:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Essential for understanding and driving our core integration strategy.

  • Figma: For UI/UX design collaboration, user journey mapping, and prototyping.
  • Postman: For API testing, development, and documentation.
  • Salesforce Platform: Understanding the Salesforce platform, while not a daily tool for this role, is highly beneficial for the product manager to understand the environment that Mogli exists within.
