As a Product Manager in Data Reporting, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
As a Vice President within the Migration Product organization, you will drive the planning, and execution of large-scale client migrations from legacy platforms to and other strategic target platforms. You will serve as the bridge between business, product, migration, and technology teams to ensure successful client transitions while minimizing disruption and maintaining critical capabilities.

This role requires a highly organized and strategic product leader who can perform detailed gap analysis between legacy and modern platforms, define Day 1 and Day 2 migration strategies, document decisions, manage delivery priorities, and drive stakeholder alignment. You will operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment where priorities change frequently as migration requirements are refined and client needs emerge.

Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across organizations, build strong partnerships, and drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution.

  • Perform detailed gap analysis between legacy and modern platforms, documenting functional, operational, reporting, entitlement, and experience gaps that may impact migration readiness.
  • Define and document Day 1 and Day 2 migration strategies, including interim solutions, long-term target-state capabilities, and migration success criteria.
  • Own migration requirements and prioritization, partnering with platform product and technology teams to translate gaps into actionable epics, features, and user stories within Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Drive delivery of migration-related enhancements, working closely with engineering teams to remove blockers, monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Confluence pages, migration strategies, business requirements, design decisions, parity assessments, stakeholder approvals, risks, assumptions, and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, ensuring stakeholders understand trade-offs, risks, client impacts, and recommended approaches throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Partner with product, technology, operations, commercialization, servicing, risk, compliance, and migration teams to align on priorities, readiness activities, and execution plans.
  • Track and manage governance activities, including documenting approval processes, decision records, issue resolution, change requests, and executive communications.
