Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Partner Organization to execute product development strategy, from technical evaluation & assessment to product launch & ongoing support.
Drive deliverables across engineering, quality, documentation, training, service, support, procurement, sales, and partner organizations to adapt and integrate third-party machines into the Packsize portfolio.
Provide regular project updates, milestone tracking, and readiness reporting to leadership.
Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements for onboarding and managing partner technologies at scale.
Monitor product performance and support issue resolution in partnership with technical teams.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field required.
5+ years experience in product management, technical product ownership, or related fields
Strong technical aptitude and experience working with machinery, warehouse automation systems, or similar industrial equipment.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work effectively with partners and internal teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with product commercialization and go-to-market processes.
Working Environment and Physical Demands
Some travel required (up to 25%) including potential international partner visits.
