About This Role:

The Senior Product Manager, Core is part of the Product team and reports to our Head of Product. As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product development and optimization of our core application experiences across web and mobile platforms. This includes owning the user onboarding journey (including KYC verification), user account functionality, social engagement products, and overall platform usability. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to ensure Binance.US delivers a seamless, secure, and engaging experience for our users.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product roadmap and execution for core user experiences across mobile and web applications

  • Own the onboarding experience, including identity verification (KYC), registration flows, and first-time user journeys

  • Drive improvements in user account functionality, including profile management, security settings, and session controls

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features that improve user engagement and retention

  • Use data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously optimize user flows and reduce friction points

  • Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements related to identity verification and account security

  • Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–4 years in trading, capital markets, or crypto exchanges

  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams managing mobile and web products from ideation through launch

  • Experience working with KYC/onboarding, identity verification, and user authentication systems in a regulated financial environment

  • Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to work closely with design teams

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in crypto industry a plus

  • Experience with agile product development and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around product direction

Salary:

The starting pay range for this role is between USD$195,000 - USD$220,000 for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
