About the roleWe're looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of Halliday Payments. This is a high-impact role for a strategic builder with deep payments expertise and a track record of shipping products that scale.
What you'll be doingBuild and Scale Payment Infrastructure: Own the roadmap for Halliday Payments, defining and launching new capabilities including support for additional payment rails, innovative payment flows, geographic expansion, and merchant-facing features that unlock growth.
Drive Data-Informed Strategy: Establish and monitor key product metrics, synthesizing insights from product analytics, partner data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and guide prioritization decisions.
Develop Market Intelligence: Conduct customer research, track competitive movements, and analyze payments industry trends to surface actionable insights that shape product strategy and positioning.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, Partnerships, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to align on objectives, navigate trade-offs, and deliver seamless product launches from concept through scale.
Core Experience: 4+ years in product management, strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech/fintech companies with demonstrated experience shipping customer-facing products and influencing go-to-market strategy.
Payments Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem including payment rails (ACH, card networks, wire, RTP), fraud and risk management, regulatory frameworks, and merchant/consumer payment flows. Fintech product experience is a strong plus.
Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to work with complex data sets, establish meaningful KPIs, and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear product recommendations and strategic narratives.
Builder Mentality: Generalist mindset with comfort in ambiguity, willingness to dive into unfamiliar territory, and eagerness to expand your scope as the business evolves.
Collaborative Leadership: Track record of building trust and driving alignment across technical and non-technical teams including Engineering, Design, Legal, Partnerships, and Sales.
Familiarity with crypto/Web3 infrastructure, SQL for data analysis, or product tools like Figma and Notion.
A role with significant autonomy to build out the next generation infrastructure of the blockchain space.

The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $220,000. This reflects the minimum and maximum range across all US locations. This does not include equity or benefits.
