JamLoop is building the next generation of performance-driven advertising for the streaming TV era.

We help brands and agencies turn CTV into a measurable, accountable growth channel, connecting advertising directly to real business outcomes, both online and offline. Our platform combines proprietary bidding, premium direct inventory, and advanced audience targeting to run high-performance CTV campaigns with precision.

We believe streaming TV advertising should do more than build awareness. It should drive business growth.

JamLoop is a lean, high-expectation team operating in a high-growth environment. The opportunity here is real: to build, shape, and scale alongside a company defining the future of performance advertising.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the in-product customer experience across JamLoop's customer platform.

You will work closely with Product Marketing, Design, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure product launches, feature education, and customer communications are effectively delivered within the product experience itself.

This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role for someone who is passionate about user experience, customer behavior, and product adoption.
