Snowflake’s Workload Experiences team has the critical role of providing our customers robust, intuitive user experiences to help administrators confidently manage their accounts and organizations at scale. As Snowflake continues to lead the industry in AI solutions and innovate in compute capabilities, our customers need a smooth, consumer-grade UI that simplifies complex administrative tasks across data governance, security, cost management, warehouse optimization, and user & role management.
As a PM you will drive the strategy for building a seamless and efficient UI experience across these key workloads, ensuring customers can effectively control and optimize their Snowflake deployment at scale. You will work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and other product managers to identify the highest-priority problems, define hypotheses and success metrics, brainstorm solutions, set and measure against OKRs, and ensure we’re consistently shipping high-quality, high-performance experiences.
AS A WORKLOAD EXPERIENCE PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:Set the product feature strategy for the administrator experience in Snowflake’s UI.
Understand the core needs and workflows for key account administrator personas
Work closely with engineering, design, other product managers, and other functional areas to identify and prioritize the highest-priority problems, and contribute to designing solutions
Help define hypotheses, success metrics, and OKRs for key feature launches, and iterate on strategy and features based on data learnings.
Communicate frequently with leadership to ensure smooth execution, guide tough trade-off decisions, and bring visibility to this important work area.
Impact the business by supporting growth, adoption, and usage of Snowflake.
Experience building excellent UI experiences for technical, B2B, or workflow products.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX design, product, and data science.
Track record delivering high-impact features and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
Brings 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
