Lead product development and lifecycle for enterprise digital platforms: gather stakeholder requirements, define roadmaps/backlogs, collaborate with engineering and design, drive agile delivery, evaluate market trends and AI integrations, and coordinate with clients and vendors.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping develop and grow our product offerings. You will work cross-functionally to support innovation and contribute to the end-to-end product life cycle. Your foundational understanding of product development, combined with your curiosity and collaborative mindset, will be key in supporting the growth and success of our platforms. A background in market research, particularly with qualitative or quantitative panel management software, is a plus.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exhibit strong communication skills, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure the product meets business needs and translate to developer requirements
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product is built to specification and meets the customer’s needs
- Be the expert in your product space for customers, business leaders, development teams, and other stakeholders to drive product success
- Develop, drive, and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs based on business needs and stakeholder feedback
- Observe and track trends in the marketplace and identify potential outcomes or opportunities that can be supported by an existing product
- Collaborate with product designers to ideate and build prototypes for new features, enhancing user experience
- Lead Agile meetings such as sprint planning, sprint review, etc.
- Implement product enhancements using agile principles, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to change
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Experience contributing to enterprise level digital projects for a diverse groups of stakeholders
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate product workflows
- Fundamental understanding of product management, software development processes, and user experience (UX) design
- Expertise in effectively communicating to a diverse range of stakeholders using multiple methods, including digital platforms, written communication, and verbal presentations
- Ability to work and coordinate with 3rd party clients and vendors
- Ability to evaluate AI-powered features and integrations critically, with an understanding of where AI adds genuine value for users versus where it introduces risk or friction
- Ability to interpret complex and technical information, adopting the most suitable communication method to simplify and ensure understanding based on the audience's needs
- Proficient in sifting through complex data to recommend approaches that will enhance processes and tasks, driving continuous improvement
- Fundamental understanding of technical aspects (i.e. how API’s work, databases, etc)
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
- Advanced degree a plus but not required.
Experience:
- At least 3 Years in Product Management
Computer and Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile and Lean product management methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Canvas, for iterative product development and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with tools and software used in product management, such as Jira, Asana, Github, or similar project management platforms
- Familiarity with qualitative or quantitative market research platforms and panel management software — experience with qualitative or quantitative research tools (e.g., online discussion boards, survey platforms, panel portals) is a strong plus
