Technical Product Manager - Integrations
 
Overview:
Netradyne is looking for a motivated individual to join our Product Management team as a Technical Product Manager - Integrations. This position will define integration requirements with partners, customers, and resellers while enhancing the value of Netradyne's platform and ecosystem. They will conduct business analysis, lead scope preparation, understand technical requirements, interact with customers and vendors, collaborate in the development of training materials for other departments, and support those departments when promoting and selling integration services.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management skills with technical aptitude and curiosity. They are detail-oriented, proactive, well organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for excellence, innovation, and customer success.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Define integration scope of Netradyne systems and data with third-party software platforms, including ELD, routing, maintenance, fuel, telematics, and other enterprise systems, with the goal of enhancing value for all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the integrations product roadmap by gathering customer and partner feedback, identifying opportunities, writing PRDs, and collaborating with engineering and business teams to develop, test, and launch integrations.
  • Design and document integration workflows, business processes, data exchanges, and user experiences across Netradyne and third-party platforms.
  • Establish relationships with Netradyne teams, customers, partners, and vendors to effectively build and expand a comprehensive integration platform.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to define requirements, evaluate technical approaches, and drive successful delivery of integration capabilities.
  • Support technical discovery, validation, troubleshooting, and testing activities through basic scripting, querying, API analysis, or other technical investigation methods when appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and enablement resources for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Learn and develop expertise in Netradyne products, APIs, platform capabilities, and customer workflows.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Program Management roles, preferably involving API platforms, integrations, or enterprise software. 
  • Demonstrated ability to define technical requirements, design integration workflows, and effectively partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand APIs, authentication frameworks, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Experience with public cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with technical integration technologies such as API/Webhook operations, SDK/APK concepts, and web and database technologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Android, iOS, and security concepts such as OAuth2, SSO, and identity management.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and effectively communicate with engineering teams, customers, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred
  • Experience with vehicle data, telematics, transportation, logistics, or fleet management platforms.
  • Experience with Postman, SQL, API testing, or basic scripting tools.
  • Experience as a developer, QA engineer, solutions engineer, implementation consultant, or technical analyst.
  • Experience launching or managing third-party software integrations.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and continuous learning.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required

*Hybrid Work Schedule:

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration while maintaining flexibility. Team members work from the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Tuesday and Friday.

Economic Package Includes: 

  • Competitive Salary + eligibility for yearly bonus. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $125,000-167,500, for Southern California $107,000-143,000
