About xCures

The best of medicine should belong to everyone. Nobody dreams of becoming good at being a patient. We have people to love, things we want to do, and plans we hope to keep. Illness already asks enough of us.

xCures® exists to give healthcare the capacity to care for everyone. Healthcare has more to give. Too much of its time, money, and talent goes into unnecessary work that keeps people waiting and drives up the cost of care. Freeing those resources can make excellent care possible for far more people.

xCures understands a patient’s history across the places they receive care and keeps that understanding current. It puts trusted information in the hands of the people who need it, when they need it, and uses that knowledge to take on more of the administrative work around care. Every extracted data point traces back to the exact document and page it came from.

Our ambition is to empower doctors to make better decisions, enable researchers to develop better treatments faster, and help healthcare organizations serve more people with fewer errors and lower costs. We work with diagnostic labs, providers, telehealth companies, health systems, payers, and consumer health platforms. We are a fully remote, venture-backed team that holds itself to the same standard as our product: trustworthy, precise, and purposeful.

We are building for the lives people want to live.

This Role is Perfect For You If You Love:
  • Defining and driving complex, data-heavy platforms that power multiple product verticals to make a tangible difference in health outcomes
  • Designing data-centric, clinical-first experiences where trust, speed, and accuracy are non-negotiable
  • Championing user needs and translating insights into compelling product solutions
  • Shipping AI-enabled features into production, requiring the utmost reliability and user confidence
  • Turning ambiguity into structure by shaping product direction, making hard tradeoffs, and driving execution end-to-end
  • Collaborating with wonderful teammates, shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to solve very real problems in health care
Here’s Where You’ll Make An Impact:

We are seeking a high-agency Product Manager (PM) to own the continued development and evolution of our product portfolio. You will play a contributing role in shaping product strategy, execution, and impact. You’ll set direction, drive execution, and ensure that what we ship earns the trust of our clinical users. This is a hands-on role for a PM who thrives at the intersection of data platforms, AI, and real-world healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate clinical and business needs into clear, technically grounded product decisions
  • Engage with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to deeply understand their needs
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, low-/high-fidelity mocks, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specs that balance clarity, ease of use, and trust
  • Drive the launch of new products and features, ensuring smooth execution and adoption
  • Continuously evaluate product impact, identify gaps, and prioritize iteration
  • Collaborate across teams, including communicating tough tradeoffs to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements

  • Experience building products utilized in clinical, operations, or high-stakes environments where reliability and trust are first class citizens
  • Ability to communicate well, manage competing priorities, calibrate speed vs. depth prioritization by task, and drive execution in agile environments
  • Familiarity with agile, Scrum, roadmapping tools

  • Strong technical acumen (comfort discussing data pipelines, AI/ML, APIs, cloud architectures, etc.) and comfort using cutting-edge software tools to accelerate prototyping/development
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort navigating regulatory/compliance and security requirements in healthcare

Bonus Points:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or digital health startups
