About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the development of key products across our B2B SaaS recruiting platform for enterprise healthcare customers. You’ll lead the evolution of our sourcing, sequencing, and AI-driven tools for recruiters, as well as our iOS and Android apps for candidates. This role requires strong prioritization, execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You’ll define product strategy, gather insights, and deliver impactful features that streamline hiring and job discovery in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning priorities with company goals
- Work closely with engineers and designers to develop, launch, and iterate on features
- Analyze user behavior and data to drive decisions and optimize product performance
- Gather customer insights from recruiters and healthcare professionals to refine the user experience
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product adoption and engagement
- Monitor key metrics, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies to improve performance
- Drive execution in a fast-moving environment, making trade-offs while keeping high-impact priorities in focus
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced startup
- Experience working with search, AI-driven products, and large-scale data systems is a plus
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to define requirements and ship features
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align teams
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
