About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of data analytics and AI. In this role, you’ll help define and drive roadmap priorities for systems that process, classify, and visualize large-scale user feedback using technologies like LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and go-to-market partners to ship impactful features that help companies extract value from unstructured data and improve product quality at scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in technical, fast-moving environments and enjoys blending data, product intuition, and user empathy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-powered feedback analytics as a key member of the product team
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver insights that are tailored to the needs of different customer personas — from product managers to executives — and integrated into their workflows
  • Define and track key product metrics — including insight clarity, relevance for customer roles, engagement with dashboards, and overall impact on decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver customer value from ingestion to visualization and storytelling
  • Engage directly with customers — including product and support leaders at top tech companies — to gather feedback, present insights, and shape solutions

About you:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/data-focused products
  • Familiarity with user engagement or behavioral analytics
  • Hands-on experience working with ML/AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG systems, or agentic frameworks
  • Working knowledge of SQL and comfort exploring data to inform decisions
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills — able to clearly communicate insights to both technical teams and customer executives
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and prioritize under ambiguity
  • A customer-first mindset with experience in high-touch, customer-facing roles
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform product direction and differentiation

  • Nice to have:
  • Shipped features that analyze unstructured data (e.g., user reviews, tickets, call transcripts)
  • Experience building dashboards or working with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Retool, Tableau)
  • Background in customer success, product operations, or support tooling

Benefits:

  • Stock Options
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Medical coverage through BlueShield and Kaiser
  • Dental and Vision coverage through Beam
  • 401(k) Plan
  • Life Insurance
  • FSA and Dependent Care FSA Plans
  • $50/month internet/cell phone/equipment reimbursement
  • Generous leave policies
  • Equinox Gym Memberships - No Equinox near you? We offer a monthly stipend instead!
  • Snacks and dog friendly office environment
