Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities.
  3. Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
  4. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  5. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders regarding product development and updates.
  7. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  8. Track and measure product performance using key metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  9. Champion the voice of the customer and ensure a user-first mindset throughout the development process.
  10. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
 Qualifications: 
  1. 3-5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong foundation in engineering or a technical role.
  2. Proven track record of launching successful products.
  3. Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams and translating technical concepts into actionable product plans.
  4. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and technical development processes.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  7. Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical concepts.
  8. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Soft Skills:

  • Being able to adapt  and thrive in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
