Job Summary: 

As a Product Manager at Hiveware, your primary focus will be on defining product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meet market demands and customer expectations. Your expertise in electrical engineering will be crucial in making informed decisions that align with both technical feasibility and business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's vision and market needs. Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive product innovation. 

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Translate market insights into actionable product requirements. 

  • Product Development: Oversee the product development process from concept to production. Provide input on design specifications, technical requirements, and project timelines. 

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure that products meet or exceed expectations. Be the voice of the customer within the organization. 

  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your background in electrical engineering to make informed decisions about product architecture, design trade-offs, and technical challenges. 

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and launch activities.  

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance in the market, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success. 

Qualifications: 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 

  • Technical Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with market research, data analysis, and product performance metrics. 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate product vision, strategy, and technical details to diverse audiences. 

  • Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that solve real-world problems. 

Advantages: 

Experience with VLSI (Chip Design and/or Verification): 

  • Deep Technical Understanding:  a solid foundation to comprehend the complexities of hardware products, enabling more informed decision-making. 

  • Enhanced Communication with Engineering Teams 

  • Improved Problem-Solving 

Experience in product management or Similar Roles: 

  • Proven Track Record in Product Management 

  • Strong Stakeholder Management 

  • Strategic Insight: foresee market trends, user needs, and potential challenges.
