As a Product Manager, you will lead the product lifecycle, understand customer needs, solve product challenges, and shape product strategy at Console.
The summary above was generated by AI

Console is building the AI agents that power autonomous enterprises. We use AI to autonomously resolve IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops tasks the moment they come in from Slack or Teams. We're building toward a future where enterprise operations are fully autonomous; with no tickets, approvals, or manual processes slowing companies down.

Our platform enables companies like Databricks, Figma, and Cursor to delegate entire categories of work to AI agents that understands their org, takes action across systems, and gets smarter over time. We've raised $29M, backed by Thrive Capital (investors in OpenAI, Stripe, GitHub) and a small group of founders who have built category-defining companies.

We’re unusually selective about the people we work with. We hire builders who span functions, optimize for speed, and care deeply about their craft. We do not care about pedigree. We have a lot of work ahead of us. Join us.

The Role

We've found product-market fit building support automation for IT teams and that's just the beginning. We're hiring a Product Lead to help us achieve our broader vision: building the definitive operating system for operations teams.

You'll work closely with our Head of Product, design, and engineering to own product areas end-to-end and help define how great products get built at Console.

  • Solve multi-faceted product challenges that require innovation across AI, UX, and business models

  • Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality product at pace

  • Help shape the product culture at Console and push the boundaries of what it means to build product in the age of AI

  • Deeply curious with a growth mindset - the current rate of change in AI and software is exciting to you and you want to be in the thick of it

  • Great taste - you have strong opinions about how software should work and sweat the details

  • Equally comfortable urgently troubleshooting a P0 bug and developing a product strategy for entering a new market

Why join Console?
  • Product-market fit: We have built the leading product in our category, in a massive market. We've hit an inflection point and are on track to build a generational company.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
