About the role

As a Product Manager at Console, you will be responsible for defining and shipping great products that delight customers and help us win. We have found product-market fit building support automation for IT teams. This is just our initial wedge. Now we need great product leaders to help us achieve of our vision of building the definitive operating system for operations teams. As a founding member of the product team, you will work closely with design, engineering, and our co-founders to shape our product strategy and roadmap and define how product gets built at Console.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more product areas

  • Deeply understand our customers and the market

  • Solve multi-faceted product challenges that require innovation across AI, UX, marketing, and business models

  • Help define the product culture at Console and push the boundaries of how product gets built in the age of AI

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work in-person and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

About you
  • You have 5+ years of experience in product management, launching and scaling technical products. Founder background and/or experience working on B2B SaaS products is a plus.

  • You possess a deep technical background with experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to ship technical products.

  • You are deeply curious and have a growth mindset. The current rate of change in technology, AI, and software development is exciting to you and you want to be in the thick of it.

  • You have great taste; you have strong opinions of how software should work and sweat the details.

  • You’re a leader that naturally earns the trust of everyone around you - leadership, development teams, customers, and partners.

  • You wear many hats and you’re just as comfortable urgently troubleshooting a p0 bug as you are developing a strategy for entering a new market
