About Foundation Health

Foundation Health is transforming healthcare through an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that seamlessly connects operational infrastructure with high quality patient experiences. Our mission is to transform patient centric care by connecting fragmented infrastructure, optimizing care coordination, and removing friction from the patient journey.

This ambitious vision is only achievable with the dedication of the right team propelling us forward. We firmly believe that a supportive and inspiring work environment fuels creativity, transforming it into groundbreaking innovation. It is this very innovation that not only benefits our organization but also positively impacts our people, partners, and most importantly, our patients.

The Role

As a Product Manager at Foundation Health, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution, ensure the seamless implementation of product initiatives, enabling us to improve patient outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and address the evolving needs of healthcare providers and payers. This position is ideal for someone passionate about the intersection of technology and healthcare, with a knack for translating complex product visions into tangible, high-impact solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As an integral part of our Product organisation, you will be responsible for management and execution of the product strategy:

  • You will play a cross-functional role, working alongside the Product Lead interfacing with design, engineering and business operations.

  • Own and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog that reflects the needs of users, stakeholders, compliance requirements, and market demands.

  • Partner with engineering to refine the backlog for development readiness, ensuring full consideration of user or operational scenarios and edge cases.

  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on healthcare-specific use cases in telehealth, diagnostics and pharmacy operations.

  • Feed into planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives to ensure teams alignment on goals and continuous improvement.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to dependencies, usability and technical feasibility.

  • Act as a bridge between product, design, engineering, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product delivery goals and timelines.

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or business analyst role at a high growth startup or tech company

  • Ability to manage complex product deliveries with multiple dependencies and stakeholders

  • Experience working alongside engineering, design and content teams to deliver products

  • Experience working with product management tools such as Atlassian and Notion

  • Experience working with API products

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Bachelors degree or above preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems

  • Experience in Healthcare (telehealth, diagnostics, pharmacy fulfillment) preferred, but not required

  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
