About Casap

Casap is building the AI agents that will run the modern bank.

We are a Series A company backed by Emergence, Lightspeed, and Primary Ventures, founded by product leaders from Robinhood and Chime. Our mission is to replace manual, rules-based back office workflows with intelligent agents that detect fraud, assess risk, and resolve disputes autonomously. To ultimately create a future where trust is a given and fraud is rare.

Today, banks still rely on fragmented tools, static rules, and large operations teams to manage fraud and disputes. Casap is changing that. Our platform uses agentic AI to reason over transactions, customer data, and network signals to make real-time decisions—reducing losses, protecting honest customers, and giving financial institutions a smarter, faster way to operate.

We've seen incredible market traction and our customers love us.

We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define and scale the next generation of AI-powered risk and fraud agents. You’ll own complex, high-impact product areas, work directly with engineering, data, and customers, and shape how autonomous systems make decisions in regulated financial environments.

If you’re excited by:

  • Building AI products that operate at massive scale

  • Turning messy, high-stakes workflows into autonomous systems

  • Designing for trust, explainability, and real business impact

…this is the kind of problem—and company—you’ll want to help build.

Casap is based in San Francisco and New York City, and we’re growing fast.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a clear product roadmap - with well-defined, measurable objectives that align with business goals and customer needs.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, revenue, design, and other stakeholders to develop, validate, and prioritize new features and experiences.

  • Own execution of the roadmap - driving results while obsessing over details that delight users without letting “perfect” get in the way of progress.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our users through a combination of qualitative research (e.g. user interviews, usability studies) and quantitative analysis (e.g. usage metrics, analytics).

  • Rapidly experiment - design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate toward the right solutions.

  • Act as a product advocate across the organization, aligning teams around product vision, tradeoffs, and priorities.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management (ideally SaaS, marketplace, or consumer/enterprise-facing products).

  • Results-driven: you set clear criteria for success, track outcomes, and iterate based on what you learn.

  • Excellent communicator - able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and clearly articulate product vision, requirements, tradeoffs, and strategy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of juggling multiple initiatives, aligning cross-functional partners, and delivering on deadlines.

  • Passionate about building great products - empathetic toward users, curious about their needs, and driven to solve real problems.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; you can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with fraud systems, payment infrastructure, or chargeback processes!

What you need to know about the San Francisco Tech Scene

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
