About Us

At Squint, we're building technology that matters. While many tech companies focus on digital-first industries, we've set our sights on empowering the 80% of the global workforce that keeps our world running: frontline manufacturing operators. From soda cans to tires, toothpaste to chocolate bars, chips to napkin holders, these are the people who build the things you touch and see every single day. Our platform transforms manufacturing operations by putting AI and AR capabilities directly at workers' fingertips, creating what we call "agentic manufacturing" – where every team member has the power to make informed decisions in real-time using practical, applied artificial intelligence tools.

Proven Impact with Industry Leaders

Our technology serves Fortune 500 leaders across Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Life Sciences industries. These companies trust Squint to capture and activate their essential operational know-how, resulting in measurable improvements: reduced downtime, minimized waste, and optimized productivity at scale.

Backed and Built by the Best

We raised a $40m Series B at a $265m valuation and are backed by elite investors including Sequoia Capital, Menlo Ventures, TCV and The Westly Group. Our co-founders have been recognized on Forbes' 30 Under 30 for Manufacturing and Industry, and Fast Company named us one of the most innovative augmented and virtual reality companies of 2025.

About the Job

We're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive key product areas in the Squint platform. You'll build tools that help frontline operators do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and genuinely cares about solving real problems for an underserved workforce.

You'll have direct access to customers, the partnership of an incredible team, and the opportunity to see your work make an immediate impact on factory floors around the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with engineering and design to envision, scope, and ship features that genuinely delight customers — and iterate fast when they don't

  • Bring your ideas to life: prototype your ideas and test them early with customers and teammates

  • Stay close to customers by gathering feedback from the floor, joining sales calls, and turning what you learn into product decisions

  • Use data to drive decisions, not just validate them. Define the metrics that matter and hold yourself accountable to them

  • Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success to understand what's working, what's blocking deals, and what keeps customers coming back

  • Help build a category-defining product in manufacturing intelligence—this space is wide open and we're writing the playbook!

About you

  • You’re a customer advocate: You start from principles, ask questions, and deeply understand customer needs to design the best possible solutions.

  • You’re a problem solver: You thrive on tackling challenging, ambiguous problems with a proactive attitude, determination, analytical curiosity, and a cross-functional approach.

  • You’re deeply collaborative & constructive: You are a strong cross-functional partner, within and beyond EPD.

  • You’re GTM-oriented: You know the best products inflect the business, and you know how to build great products in partnership with GTM and measure their success.

  • You’re a great communicator: You understand the importance of storytelling in getting your point across, whether internally to your teammates or externally to customers.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager

  • Product fluency. You can identify the right problems to solve, consider multiple solutions, and speak intelligently about tradeoffs across our product suite.

  • Systems thinking and clarity. You can break down complex problems and create simple interfaces for accomplishing difficult tasks.

  • A deeply customer-focused approach. You’re constantly empathizing with customers and checking back in to make sure we're delivering intuitive value.

  • Data driven. You understand how to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive the right fidelity of decision-making here.

  • AI savviness. You’re curious, excited, and experimental about the way product development is changing and are able to drive that kind of thinking in our product development.
