Lead Parasail's platform product roadmap and 0-to-1 development for developer-facing AI infrastructure: define priorities across billing, access, endpoints, observability, and account management; launch model hosting, agentic workflows, voice agents, and enterprise features; build excellent developer experiences; drive customer engagement and data-driven decisions.

Parasail is redefining AI infrastructure by enabling seamless deployment across a distributed network of GPUs, optimizing for cost, performance, and flexibility. Our mission is to empower AI developers with a fast, cost-efficient, and scalable cloud experience—free from vendor lock-in and designed for the next generation of AI workloads.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the platform roadmap: Translate the CEO’s high-level strategic vision into a detailed, prioritized product roadmap. Define what gets built, when, and why – spanning billing, pricing, access control, endpoints, metrics, observability, and account management.
  • Drive 0-to-1 product development: Lead the design and launch of new product lines including seamless custom model hosting, agentic workflow support, voice agent infrastructure, and enterprise management capabilities.
  • Build a best-in-class developer experience: Ensure every API, dashboard, and workflow is fast, intuitive, and delightful. Set the bar at “customers get set up on their first call” – speed and responsiveness are superpowers.
  • Bring structure and discipline: Establish the product planning processes, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional coordination that a rapidly scaling company needs. Rally engineering and design around what matters most.
  • Evolve the product portfolio: Continue refining and expanding Parasail’s core offerings – dedicated nodes, serverless inference, and dedicated serverless – based on deep customer insight and competitive intelligence.
  • Be a customer-obsessed product leader: Engage directly with customers, incorporate feedback rapidly, and ensure product decisions are grounded in real-world production needs.

Who You AreMust-Haves
  • Focused, prioritized, and organized. You bring clarity to ambiguity. You know what matters, you say no to what doesn’t, and you follow through on commitments. You don’t spread like liquid.
  • Structured product leader. You bring rigorous planning, process, and frameworks to complement a visionary founder. You turn instinct and context into actionable roadmaps.
  • Platform and developer tools expertise. You’ve built and scaled developer-facing platforms, APIs, or infrastructure products. You understand what makes a great developer experience.
  • Product leader, not project manager. You have strong 0-to-1 instincts, form your own convictions about what to build, and advocate for your point of view. You don’t wait for customers or stakeholders to hand you a spec.
  • AI tooling and infrastructure fluency. You have hands-on experience with AI/ML tooling, cloud infrastructure, or iPaaS platforms. You’re deeply familiar with the AI developer ecosystem and have informed opinions about where it’s heading.
  • Exceptional communicator. You articulate a clear viewpoint in writing and in person. You can rally a team, align executives, and communicate product strategy across all levels.
  • Analytically rigorous. You ground product decisions in data, define success metrics, and use quantitative insight to prioritize.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Developer evangelism instincts. You have a feel for developer communities and know how to build enthusiasm and adoption around a platform.
  • Positive, energetic force. You bring energy to organizing, planning, and rallying cross-functional teams.
  • Calibrated risk-taker. You know when to move fast and take calculated risks and when to follow strict guidelines. No cutting corners.
