Job Description Summary

Job Description

Job Description:

This role will be owning execution across an established, enterprise-grade Capital Markets platform sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and data, partnering closely with brokers, senior stakeholders, and technical teams to drive meaningful product outcomes.

Serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Product, helping drive priority initiatives and execution

Partner closely with business stakeholders, brokers, and senior leadership to translate business challenges into product solutions

Execute product strategy decisions related to global platform direction (single platform vs. multiple technologies)

Support and evolve broker workflow tools for all of investor technology

Collaborate with analysts and Tableau resources on data, reporting, and analytics initiatives

Gather requirements and prioritize backlog to move the needle on the biggest business challenges brought up by stakeholders

Facilitate conversations around market visibility, data gaps, and workflow efficiency to help the organization further evolve into a more agile way of working

Help mature product processes across a growing, enterprise-focused platform

Must-Haves:

5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Analyst in an established (non-greenfield) product environment

Strong business acumen with the ability to confidently engage brokers and senior business stakeholders

Understanding of Capital Markets and/or Real Estate workflows (broker-facing experience strongly preferred)

             Salesforce experience, including exposure to:

·           Sales Cloud

·           Experience Cloud

·           Marketing Cloud

·           Tableau

Technical curiosity — able to write basic SQL queries, find data, and understand system integrations

Self-starter mentality: entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to “run with” initiatives

Comfortable operating between business and technical teams, filling gaps as needed

Experience working closely with analysts and/or developers

Strong communication skills — conversations are centered on business challenges, not just features

Plusses:

Direct Capital Markets or brokerage industry experience

Salesforce Admin, Project Coordinator, or BA background with a transition into product

Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience

Exposure to enterprise-scale platforms and workflow tools

Experience helping organizations move toward a more holistic market and data view

Candidates who understand broker sales motions and how technology supports deal flow
