Our success is a testament to our remarkable team and what we’re building together. We’re committed to providing employees with a meaningful work experience and have established an award-winning culture that supports personal and career development in a fun, casual, and collaborative environment.

Who We Want

Arrive Logistics’ Product Management team is seeking a versatile and highly-motivated Product Manager who thrives in a high-velocity environment. As a core member of the Product team, you must possess a blend of business acumen, user experience, and organizational skills. You will serve as a product expert, combining industry analysis, competitive research, and end-user feedback to own and grow a portion of Arrive’s expanding software portfolio throughout its life cycle: defining the roadmap and corresponding requirements, collaborating with design and development to implement, test, and refine new capabilities that deliver a world-class experience in freight and logistics.

What You'll Do

  • Develop the roadmap and manage priorities for your functional areas in the product.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning through end-user adoption.
  • Work closely with UX designers to research, define, and test compelling experiences that increase adoption and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in agile processes for roadmap implementation, product requirements, user story creation, and maintaining a refined backlog of priorities in close collaboration with design and development.
  • Meet frequently with business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and needs.
  • Handle critical, time-sensitive incidents of high impact to the company and perform post-mortem to analyze gaps and identify enhancements to products, policies, and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS provider
  • Experience working on a B2B product is preferred, and a freight industry background is a plus.
  • Experience in product management methodologies and practices is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with engineering team members, business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and/or usability researchers to drive product features and enhancements
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • High level of initiative and hustle
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically and ‘in the weeds’
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Your Arrive Experience
When we say “award-winning culture,” we mean it. We’ve been recognized as a top workplace by Inc. Fast Company, Fortune, and earned Top Workplaces and Great Place to Work, to name a few. We intend on topping many more of those lists in the years to come, but we’re not in it for the trophies. We’re committed to culture because it keeps us connected to each other and invested in our shared success while having a blast along the way. Our employee-founded resource groups create communities within Arrive’s walls, including Women in Logistics, Emerging Professionals, Prisms, Black Logistics Group, Salute and Unidos.
