Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of various product initiatives across different verticals. This role requires a broad understanding of product development, from strategic ideation and user research to hands-on execution and post-launch analysis. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful products that solve user problems and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product initiatives: Take full accountability for the success of assigned product areas, from concept to launch and iteration.

  • Conduct user and market research: Interview users, analyze data, and research market trends to identify opportunities and define product requirements.

  • Define product strategy and roadmap: Translate business goals and user needs into a clear product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap.

  • Drive cross-functional execution: Work closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ship high-quality features.

  • Define and track success metrics: Establish KPIs for product initiatives and continuously iterate based on performance data.

  • Align stakeholders: Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and customer support to ensure product-market fit and successful launches.

  • 1-3 years working experience in a start-up environment

  • Ownership mentality: Someone who takes full responsibility for outcomes and thinks like a founder.

  • Analytical problem-solver: Passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into product solutions.

  • Clear communicator: Can bridge technical and business teams, present insights, and drive alignment.

  • Detail-oriented executor: Great at asking "why?" while also getting things done.

  • Tool proficiency: Familiar with product management tools (Figma, Notion, analytics platforms, etc.).

  • AI-curious: Interested in AI applications, product discovery, and rapid iteration in startup environments.
