About Delve

Delve is the AI-native compliance platform that helps 1,000+ of the fastest growing companies get compliant without hundreds of hours of busywork. Companies like Instantly, Bland, and Wispr Flow use Delve to stay compliant and close millions in enterprise revenue.

Delve's marketing team is a lean team of 3 that managed to scale the company from 0 to 8-figures in ARR profitably in just the last 14 months. We also recently announced our $32M Series A at a $300M valuation. If you're sharp, scrappy, and want to build one of the most iconic growth engines, join us.

We're known for making compliance not a boring industry, whether it's by sending out doormats that say "Your shoes look good. Do your SOCs 2?" to the hottest startups or by taking over major cities with a multi-million dollar billboard campaign.

The Role

We are hiring a Product Marketing Lead to change people's perspective of what compliance should feel like in the AI era. This individual will work on making Delve instantly understandable, compelling, and sticky for both new and existing customers.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and design. You will translate the product roadmap into clear narratives, ship customer-facing email newsletters and broadcasts, and ensure users always know what is new, what matters, and why Delve is better.

What You Will Do
  • Partner closely with the product and engineering team to turn roadmap and features into clear marketing narratives

  • Own ongoing product communications

    • Monthly newsletters

    • Changelogs and release notes

    • Product documentation and enablement

    • Slack broadcasts and in-platform messaging

  • Build educational compliance content

  • Coordinate product launches on social media

  • Ensure Delve’s product story is consistent, polished, and easy to understand everywhere it appears

What We Are Looking For
  • Strong emotional intelligence and user empathy

  • Extremely detail-oriented and well organized

  • Strong taste and an eye for good design and copy

  • Ability to collaborate deeply with product and engineering teams

  • Bias to action

We care more about EQ and good taste in design/copy than years of experience.

What It Is Like to Work Here
  • Very high ownership and autonomy

  • Flat team with low ego and high trust

  • Fast pace, high output, 9-9-6 culture

  • Direct exposure to founders, investors, operators, and senior buyers

  • Success is measured by outcomes, not activity

Not a Fit If
  • You prefer highly structured, slow-moving environments

  • You do not enjoy close collaboration with product and engineering

  • You want to work on launches without owning outcomes
