Atomicwork is redefining enterprise IT with AI-native service management. Leading global enterprises use our platform to eliminate tickets, automate support, and make IT invisible.
We launched in 2022 with a clear premise: ITSM needed to be rebuilt from the ground up for the AI era, not retrofitted with chatbots. While legacy platforms bolted on AI as an afterthought, we built Atom, our Universal AI Agent, as the foundation of the digital workplace experience. Atom predicts issues, automates resolutions, and delivers proactive support across chat, voice, and vision to keep employees productive.
By September 2025, we secured strategic investment from Okta Ventures, bringing total funding to $40M from Storm Ventures, Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners), and 50+ CIOs and CTOs. Through deep partnerships with Microsoft and Okta, we’re embedding identity and AI at the core of enterprise service management.
We’re looking for a hands-on product marketer to help shape the future of AI-native ITSM. This is a high-ownership role. You’ll be equally comfortable staffing a trade show booth, building battle cards, and rewriting website copy. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and marketing to bring our story to market.
How We Work
• High-velocity and lean: Rapid experiments, strong opinions, and a DIY mindset
• Impact-first: No task is above or beneath you. Results matter more than titles
• AI-first: We use AI across the company to move faster and deliver higher-quality work
What You’ll Do
• Develop competitive intelligence, battle cards, and objection-handling frameworks
• Partner with sales on event-driven pipeline generation; manage event logistics, vendors, and budgets
• Create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral
• Run sales enablement sessions on positioning, messaging, and competitive dynamics
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer growth on launches and adoption
• Translate technical features into clear customer benefits for website and landing pages
• Conduct customer interviews and synthesize insights; support analyst relations and customer references
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of product marketing experience; B2B SaaS required, ITSM preferred
- Strong writing skills across technical and business audiences
- Proven experience building sales enablement that gets used
- Comfort with ambiguity and frequent context-switching
- Self-starter who doesn’t need a playbook for everything
