About Paradigm

Paradigm is a new type of spreadsheet for automating manual research with agents. We are based in San Francisco and is backed by 7M+ from General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and the best builder/operators out there including cofounders of Ramp, Dropbox, and more.

Our team is small and talent-dense. We are serial builders who have worked and studied at Google, MIT, Microsoft, Penn, Citadel, Bridgewater, Vercel, and more.

The spreadsheet interface is just the beginning. Our mission is to build a new type of agent-centric workspace that massively increases the productivity of knowledge workers. If you want to work on frontier AI systems that tackle meaningful real-world challenges and push the boundaries of what intelligent software can do, apply to join us.

About the Role
  • Develop and own Paradigm’s core messaging, positioning, and narrative across enterprise, financial services, and AI-native workflow use cases

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, and technically credible messaging tailored to different customer personas and industries

  • Produce high-quality customer-facing content across multiple mediums including customer stories, launch content, one-pagers, solution briefs, decks, battlecards, landing pages, and product demos

  • Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to shape how new features, workflows, and launches are introduced to the market

  • Build sales enablement materials that directly support pipeline generation and enterprise deal cycles

  • Develop industry- and persona-specific narratives grounded in real customer workflows, outcomes, and competitive differentiation

  • Work directly with customers to turn successful implementations into reusable proof points, case studies, and co-marketing campaigns

  • Support major product launches and campaigns across web, email, events, outbound, and growth channels

  • Collaborate closely with account executives and solutions teams to understand customer objections, competitive dynamics, and what messaging actually moves deals forward

  • Help define Paradigm’s competitive positioning within AI tooling, enterprise software, and workflow automation markets

  • Create and maintain scalable messaging frameworks, product documentation, and launch processes as the company grows

Requirements for the role:

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, growth, product, or another high-ownership operating role at a fast-paced company

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong instinct for storytelling and positioning

  • Experience creating customer-facing collateral that sales teams actively use and customers resonate with

  • Ability to distill highly technical products and workflows into simple, benefit-driven messaging for different audiences

  • Strong product intuition and curiosity about AI, automation, enterprise software, and technical workflows

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams

  • Comfort speaking with technical operators, executives, and enterprise stakeholders

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy, move quickly, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality across both strategy and execution

  • Basic design and visual communication sensibility

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, launches, conferences, and content production

You might excel if you…

  • Have built marketing or field programs at a high-growth startup

  • Enjoy designing executive experiences and creating moments that differentiate a brand

  • Love working directly with customers and revenue teams to influence pipeline and close deals

  • Thrive when traveling, hosting, problem-solving, and adapting in real time

  • Are highly organized and operationally minded while still deeply creative

  • Are naturally curious about technical products and can quickly ramp on complex workflows and enterprise use cases

  • Enjoy rapid iteration and can turn around high-quality content, campaigns, or event plans in hours rather than weeks

  • Are energized by environments where outcomes are measurable and the pace is intense

What we believe…

Our best work is done in person. The team works together 5 days a week in our office in SF.
