This position focuses on creating clear, compelling, and strategically aligned content that supports product positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement. The role is customer‑facing and involves producing high‑quality marketing assets across multiple formats, including videos, whitepapers, solution briefs, social content, and other collateral.

Success in this role requires strong storytelling abilities, excellent writing and visual communication skills, and the capability to translate complex technical concepts into content that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-market product support
- Support product launches, feature announcements, and campaigns with Product Management and Demand Generation.
- Develop content aligned to buyer personas and customer journey to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Create sales enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, and pitch decks.
- Participate in solution selling by understanding customer needs and how NextLabs products address them.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Understand adjacent products and advise on competing or partnering.
- Identify valuable integration opportunities and support joint GTM plans.
- Perform competitive analysis on product strengths and weaknesses.
- Work with Product Management, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, and Sales.
- Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and impactful.
- Contribute to editorial calendars and content planning aligned to roadmap, market trends, and campaigns.
- Evangelize NextLabs products and thought leadership in data security.
- Produce multimedia content including videos, animated explainers, and recorded demos.
- Write and publish whitepapers, solution briefs, blog posts, case studies, and social posts.
- Translate SME input from product managers, engineers, and sales engineers into accessible content.
- Manage product-related social content and community engagement.
- Support email campaigns and newsletters.
- Monitor engagement/performance metrics and optimize communications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years in product marketing, product management, content marketing, technical writing, or related function.
- SaaS/B2B technology experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and creatively.
- Multimedia production experience such as video scripting, basic editing, and visual design.
- Tools such as Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma, or similar are desirable.
- Strong project management, social media, digital marketing, and SEO familiarity.
