About the Role

As Zensors’ first Product Marketing leader, you have the unique opportunity to tell the story of how Physical AI will fundamentally transform the world around us. We are looking for an AI-native marketing visionary who naturally thinks outside the box. From reimagining airport operations to optimizing smart spaces, you will translate complex, cutting-edge technology into a compelling, human-centric narrative.

You will own our product positioning and build our product marketing strategy from the ground up. You will act as a market educator, unpacking the "black box" of AI for our buyers, while continuously experimenting with new, unconventional ways to drive awareness. As an early marketing hire, you will act as a core thought leader, directly shaping the go-to-market journey of a pioneering company and delivering an outsized impact on our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Storytelling & Positioning: Think completely outside the box to craft and refine product positioning, establishing Zensors as the undisputed market leader in Physical AI. Structure the overarching GTM message and ensure absolute consistency across all communications.
  • Educate & Evangelize: Act as the premier educator for our target market. Break down complex deep learning and computer vision concepts into accessible, value-driven narratives for B2B buyers.
  • Agile Experimentation: Continuously hypothesize, launch, and measure experimental marketing campaigns. Use an agile approach to test new channels, content formats, and growth hacks to increase product adoption.
  • GTM & Product Launches: Work closely alongside the product team to deeply understand capabilities, develop messaging for new features, and lead high-impact product launches.
  • Market Intelligence: Perform continuous industry, audience, and competitive analysis to inform the sales process. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and trends to assist business development.
  • Pipeline & Analytics: Manage B2B marketing pipeline generation from concept through to rigorous ROI analysis. Oversee the marketing budget and perform ongoing tracking and reporting on all initiatives.

Ideal Background & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, end-to-end B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive pipeline generation and sales growth.
  • The "AI-Native" Mindset: You intuitively understand the current AI landscape. You use AI tools in your daily workflow, love exploring new models, and have a passion for translating technical AI capabilities into visionary stories.
  • Out-of-the-Box Problem Solver: You don't rely purely on traditional B2B playbooks. You are an experimental thinker who isn't afraid to take calculated creative risks to make the brand stand out.
  • Marketing Acumen: A deep understanding of the B2B marketing process (research, positioning, execution) combined with strong budgeting and analytical skills.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while hitting strict deadlines.
