About AirOps

AirOps helps brands get found and stay found in the AI era. As the first end-to-end content engineering platform, we give marketing teams the systems to win visibility across traditional and AI search with one durable advantage: quality.

Thousands of marketers use AirOps to see how their brand shows up across the new discovery landscape, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and create accurate, on-brand content that earns citations from AI platforms and trust from humans. We are building the platform and profession that will equip a million marketers to lead the next chapter of marketing, where creativity and intelligent systems work together and quality becomes the strategy that lasts.

AirOps is backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, Founder Collective, XFund, Village Global, Alt Capital, and more than a dozen top marketing leaders, with hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.

About The Role

We 5x'd revenue last year. This year's goals are even bigger, and Product Marketing is core to achieving them. We're looking for someone to own the function and turn a strong foundation into a growth engine.

This is one of the most interesting marketing jobs out there right now, and here’s why:

You'll be marketing to marketers - during the biggest shift the profession has seen in decades. Your audience is sophisticated, skeptical, and impossible to fool. But they're also genuinely trying to figure out how AI changes their work. They want someone to help them make sense of it.

AirOps is that someone. Thousands of brands partner with us to build content that wins in a world where AI increasingly decides what gets seen. We're defining a new identity for marketers—the Content Engineer—and we need a product marketer who can make it resonate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the narrative. Define positioning and messaging that makes AirOps synonymous with the future of content. You'll translate complex product capabilities into stories that land with sophisticated buyers—mid-market teams scaling their content operations and enterprise orgs rethinking their entire approach. This isn't about features. It's about helping marketers see themselves as Content Engineers.

  • Drive GTM. Partner with leadership, product, sales, and marketing to orchestrate launches from strategy through execution. You'll own the go-to-market calendar, identify what to prioritize, and make sure every launch has a clear point of view, the right assets, and a plan to reach the people who need to hear it.

  • Enable sales. Craft the right materials that help reps win: battlecards, objection handling, competitive positioning, case studies, decks, . You'll co-create and communicate with sales, not hand things off and hope they stick.

  • Build the function. This is a leadership role. You'll get to define how product marketing operates as we scale: what we prioritize, how we work with other teams, what excellence looks like. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to hire and build a team.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally growth-stage, mid-market/enterprise

  • Past launches that moved numbers

  • Real partnership with sales teams

  • Writing that's clear and sharp

  • Familiarity with AI tools—you'll be marketing a product built on them

About You
  • You make other teams' work better, not just your own

  • You excel at orchestrating discussions, ensuring all voices are heard and aligned

  • You embrace experimentation, quickly pivoting based on data and feedback

  • You care deeply about quality and craft

  • Ambiguity doesn't paralyze you - it's usually where the most exciting opportunities are

Our Guiding Principles
  1. Extreme Ownership

  2. Quality

  3. Curiosity and Play

  4. Make Our Customers Heroes

  5. Respectful Candor

Benefits
  • Equity in a fast-growing startup

  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location

  • Flexible time off policy

  • Parental Leave

  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
