Spektra Systems is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for CloudLabs. CloudLabs serves a diverse set of buyers — training providers, ISVs, system integrators, enterprises, and educational institutions — and this role ensures each segment hears a sharp, differentiated value story and that our sales team is fully armed to deliver it.
Primary responsibilities:
- Own CloudLabs positioning and messaging globally and by buyer segment and persona.
- Build and maintain the sales enablement library: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, and ROI and cost-optimisation stories.
- Own competitive intelligence across lab delivery, training, and technical enablement platforms.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new CloudLabs capabilities — including skill validation, GPU and VM Labs, and AI-ready lab environments.
- Own voice-of-customer outputs: case studies, testimonials, and customer proof points.
- Work closely with Demand Generation, Sales, and Product to align market insight with pipeline and product direction.
Requirements
What you bring:
- 5+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally for technical, developer, or cloud products.
- A clear ability to translate technical capability into buyer value by persona.
- Strong writing and enablement asset creation.
- Experience driving cross-functional GTM programmes.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure Marketplace, hands-on lab platforms, or LMS ecosystems.
Note: Please apply if you're attracted to a dynamic, high-growth environment where you're actively involved in shaping customer outcomes and driving business growth. Responsibilities and expected skills are subject to level and years of experience.
