Who We Are

Gravity aligns sustainability with business impact using the only integrated carbon and energy management platform in the business. Fortune 500s, global energy majors, and leading financial institutions use our technology – which received the top scores across competitors in the most recent Verdantix analysis – to comply with climate disclosure requirements and save millions in energy costs.

Business is booming, we're well-funded, and our product is built on a technical foundation that lets us automate where others can't while identifying and implementing cost- and emissions-reduction projects. Gravity has quickly grown market share in carbon management while creating new business lines beyond mere reporting.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Content to craft the stories that accelerate Gravity's growth. As an exceptional writer and strategic storyteller, you'll create content that breaks through the noise, makes Gravity a household name in our markets, and drives conversion at every stage of the funnel. You'll develop compelling narratives, campaigns, and assets that make Gravity impossible to ignore.

Ideal candidates have a deep hunger to build and own a content engine from the ground up, a genuine love of writing, and the ability to use AI tools to produce high-quality content at scale. We're looking for someone who can move fluidly between big-picture messaging strategy and hands-on content production. As an early member of the team, you will play a transformational role in our company culture while laying the groundwork for Gravity's content and go-to-market strategy for years to come.

Responsibilities
  • Own Gravity's content engine and calendar. Plan, write, and publish content that drives awareness, consideration, conversion, and expansion.

  • Build systems to translate content across multiple formats including ads, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, one-pagers, webpages, and white papers.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market content for product launches and updates that drive engagement and adoption across the funnel, as well as sales enablement that equips the field to demo and sell.

  • Create and maintain centralized messaging frameworks across segments and personas, ensuring consistency across all produced content.

  • Become an expert on our customers and market. Gather customer stories and synthesize market trends into messaging and positioning that is clear, differentiated, and resonant.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation. Leverage AI writing and research tools to scale content production without sacrificing quality, and help establish best practices for AI-assisted content creation across the team.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Climate Strategy, and leadership to develop our content vision and translate complex stories and product capabilities into content that resonates with buyers.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 4–6+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS context, or fields like journalism and speechwriting.

  • Exceptional writing. You can take complex concepts and distill them into clear, engaging, and differentiated stories across any medium.

  • Experience crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates in crowded markets.

  • Fluency with AI writing tools and a genuine enthusiasm for using them to work faster and produce more.

  • High customer empathy. You want to understand what drives buyers and ensure our content speaks directly to their needs.

  • Proven ability to drive deliverables and juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Domain knowledge in sustainability and/or energy (nice-to-have).

Gravity provides:
  • Foundational impact at a company transforming sustainability and energy.

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity.

  • Paid health, vision, dental, and life insurance.

  • Unlimited PTO.

  • Health & wellness stipend.
