Drive acquisition-focused product marketing for genre-based live TV and streaming packages: develop growth strategies, analyze campaign performance, run competitive analysis, coordinate cross-functional execution, build stakeholder presentations, and optimize campaigns using customer and performance data.
We're looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager on our Growth team to support acquisition marketing initiatives across a fast-paced, cross-functional organization. This person will play a key role in helping develop and execute growth strategies, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive marketing initiatives from concept through execution for our genre-based live TV and streaming packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Help develop growth marketing strategies for our genre-based live TV and streaming packages from the ground up using customer insights, performance data, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, efficiency, and overall business results.
- Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Media, Product Marketing, Digital (.com), Partner Marketing, Social, Analytics, and Product to bring campaigns to life.
- Build presentations, recommendations, and strategic narratives for stakeholders and leadership.
- Execute campaigns and partnerships from conception to delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations based on learnings.
- Help coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple workstreams while keeping projects moving on schedule.
- Understanding of the Connected TV ecosystem, including OEMs and streaming platforms, and how these partners influence customer acquisition, content discovery, merchandising, and growth marketing opportunities.
- Roll up your sleeves to support the team wherever needed, whether developing strategy, analyzing data, building presentations, or helping drive execution to keep initiatives moving forward.
Job Qualifications
- Experience Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition Marketing to expand our genre packs
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect data, customer behavior, and competitive insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Understanding of the marketing ecosystem, including paid media, digital marketing, websites/e-commerce (.com), partner marketing, social, and product marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform business and marketing decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Self-motivated—you identify problems and opportunities before being asked.
- Responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment where flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Comfortable navigating changing priorities with resilience and a solutions-first mindset.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Understanding of the entertainment landscape.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years of experience.
- Experience building presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, executing end-to-end campaigns using Salesforce marketing cloud and other paid marketing platforms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft
- Experience supporting subscription, direct-to-consumer, or digital growth businesses.
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics and acquisition funnels.
- Familiarity with media planning, customer segmentation, testing, and optimization frameworks.
- Based in the Pacific Time Zone, but open to other time zones.
