Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.

We are seeking an AI-fluent Product Marketer to drive product launches, partner integrations, and go-to-market programs across Supabase. You'll work at the cutting edge of AI-powered marketing, using LLMs and custom code utilities that you write to scale everything from Launch Weeks to partner campaigns, while maintaining the strategic thinking and creative storytelling that makes great marketing.

This is an opportunity to shape how a fast-growing developer platform tells its story to millions of developers worldwide. You'll learn from seasoned marketing leaders, work directly with our product and engineering teams, and have the autonomy to build systems and processes that will scale with Supabase's growth. If you're looking to make your mark in developer marketing while mastering the intersection of AI and growth, this role will accelerate your career.

This role combines launch coordination, partner marketing, and content creation in an environment where your technical skills and marketing instincts will be equally valued.

What you will do
  • Own and coordinate Launch Weeks and partner campaigns, managing multiple stakeholders, shifting timelines, and competing priorities across Product, DevRel, Sales, Design, and external partners

  • Manage the Monthly Newsletter and collect product updates and launch details from teams across the company

  • Build GTM playbooks and messaging frameworks that account for real-world constraints, resource limitations, and work across different organizational styles and audiences

  • Write code utilities to track campaign performance, partner sentiment, competitive positioning, and market trends

  • Use AI tools and LLMs to automate routine tasks, conduct comprehensive market research, analyze partner ecosystems, and create backup systems for critical components

  • Create partner onboarding workflows and joint marketing coordination across organizations with different planning cycles and priorities

  • Write technical content that serves developers' actual needs, including launch assets, partner blog posts, and developer education materials

  • Build content and campaign systems that operate independently during high-demand periods and maintain quality when team members are unavailable

  • Conduct market research that provides actionable insights for product and marketing strategy

  • Create developer education tools and resources that drive product adoption

  • Maintain content quality and brand consistency across multiple channels and partner collaborations

  • Coordinate marketing efforts that account for different stakeholder priorities, approval processes, and timeline constraints

Who you are

Core Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, or Developer Marketing

  • Experience at a world-class startup with proven track record of launch execution

  • Hands-on experience managing product launches, email programs, or partner campaigns

  • A current or former developer who codes for work, fun, and/or enjoyment. Supabase is a developer-focused company. Developers are our lifeblood. At Supabase, Product Marketing are developers, too.

AI Fluency Requirements (essential)

  • Advanced LLM usage: You use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools for tasks beyond content writing - data analysis, research automation, workflow optimization, competitive intelligence

  • Code utility creation: You write Python, JavaScript, or similar scripts for marketing automation, data scraping, content generation, or campaign tracking

  • Research automation: You use AI tools to conduct comprehensive market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify market trends

  • Workflow optimization: You've built AI-enhanced processes that scale marketing operations

Technical and Communication Skills

  • Strong writer who can simplify complex technical topics for developers

  • Technical enough to not simply understand, but actively seek out and use integrations, APIs, and developer workflows

  • Organized and detail-oriented with experience making complex processes repeatable

  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator comfortable working with external partners and internal teams

  • Experience with developer infrastructure, open source, or PLG tools preferred

  • 100% comfortable in a remote environment: self-directed and highly communicative

What We Offer
  • Fully Remote

We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

  • ESOP

Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.

  • Tech Allowance

Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.

  • Health Benefits

Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.

  • Annual Off-Sites

Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.

  • Flexible Work

We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.

  • Professional Development

Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

About the Team

Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.

  • 280+ team members

  • 55+ countries

  • 20+ languages spoken

  • $500M raised

  • 500,000+ community members

We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Hiring Process

We keep things simple, async-friendly, and respectful of your time:

  1. Apply – Our team will review your application.

  2. Intro Call – A short video chat to get to know each other.

  3. Interviews – Up to four calls with:

    • Team Leads

    • Future teammates

    • Someone cross-functional from product, growth, or engineering (depending on the role)

    • Someone from our leadership/founding team

  4. Decision – We may follow up with a final question or go straight to offer.

All communication is remote and we aim to move fast.
