The RoleCodeSignal is searching for a Product Marketing Manager, Hire Suite to own all product marketing for our flagship product suite—the core platform that powers scalable skills-based hiring for leading companies worldwide.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this high-impact role is designed for a PMM who excels at the craft: transforming complex products into compelling narratives, enabling sales teams to win, and creating assets that articulate product value. You will own product marketing for CodeSignal's Hire Suite, the product that gave us our roots and touches nearly every customer we serve.

- Drive positioning, messaging, and differentiation for our core product suite across all customer segments and use cases.
- Work with enablement to ensure sales is well equipped to win, with resources such as: playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards, competitive intelligence, objection handling, demo narratives, and discovery guidance.
- Create compelling assets (solution overviews, one-pagers, slides, cross-sell guides) that accelerate deals and win business.
- Work with enablement on the competitive intelligence program, ensuring sales and CS teams always have the latest insights and battle-tested responses.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to identify gaps, refine messaging, and create the materials that close deals.
- Deliver regular product update communications (internal enablement and external customer-facing) that keep teams informed and customers engaged.
- Support Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and analyst relations initiatives.
- Message the benefits of feature releases internally and to customers, coordinating cross-functionally to maximize impact.
- Craft the narrative that makes CodeSignal's Hire Suite a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
- Support executive presentations, customer events, and analyst relations as needed.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen & Brand/Comms on campaign messaging and content strategy.
- 6–9 years of Product Marketing experience in high-growth B2B tech, with proven ownership of a product line or suite.
- Demonstrated success building and executing complete PMM programs including messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, enablement, and content strategy.
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to translate technical products into compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with executives and practitioners alike.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, high-impact messaging ranging from strategic product narratives to deal-closing BOFU assets.
- Slide expert that can effectively articulate narrative via presentations.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where your work directly impacts revenue and customer success.

In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual base salary in the range of $130,000 to $160,000. This range encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position.
Here at CodeSignal, our offer packages contain base salary plus additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or additional benefits such as those described above. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market.
