Our open-source and enterprise solutions allow teams to create AI agents with defined roles that work together autonomously to execute complex tasks—accelerating the adoption of agentic AI across industries.

The Role

We’re looking for a new class of product marketer who can weave product evangelism, market expertise, sales enablement, powered by an agentic savvy operating mode. Your focus will be communicating agentic innovations across technical and business personas, surfacing repeatable customer success stories, while using the very systems and tools we provide our customers as a force multiplier. This role is at the intersection of breakthrough innovative technology with an opportunity to experience the future of work utilizing AI.

The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, editor, and communicator who has internalized AI agents as a core part of their workflow. You are technically astute, capable of talking to developers and buyers just the same, and enjoy the energy of early stage startups.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own product positioning and messaging for all CrewAI products, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives for technical buyers and business decision-makers
  • Architect demand generating content and campaign strategies in conjunction with our growth team to drive pipeline targets
  • Develop content roadmap along with an agentic approach to production that reliably produces thought leadership, long form papers, blogs, social content, and video scripts
  • Own the product launch playbook from beta to GA releases coordinating with product, engineering, design, and sales to maximize market impact
  • Identify and advance use case and solutions packages taken from customer, prospect, and market engagement
  • Be a product spokesperson for events, sales enablement, and related activities
  • Support advancements of agent powered competitive intelligence and market analysis to efficiently and quickly identify positioning opportunities and inform go-to-market strategy
Sales Enablement Responsibilities
  • Create and improve sales enablement tools including decks, calculators, use cases, and case studies
  • Partner with the sales to develop persona-specific talk tracks and value narratives
  • Deliver internal training to assist account executives on agentic differentiation, objection handling, and customer stories
  • Support case study production through customer identification, narrative shaping, and proof points in collaboration with sales and contract writers
  • Establish a feedback loop with sales leadership to identify content gaps, refine messaging based on field data, and iterate on enablement materials
Agent Skills & Practices

You are expected to demonstrate elite-level proficiency in deploying AI agents to multiply your impact:

  • Design and operate multi-step research agent workflows for content ideation, competitive updates, and new growth opportunities
  • Support advancement of content automation pipelines using agents that will assist with drafts, editing, growth optimization(AEO, SEO), and multi-format repurposing (e.g., blog → social thread → email sequence → sales one-pager)
  • Deploy agents for audience and account research to assist with automated ICP enrichment, persona development, and signal-based prospecting workflows
  • Stay on the frontier of agentic AI tools, frameworks, and best practices; evaluate new agent platforms and orchestration methods; and serve as the internal authority on applying autonomous AI to marketing and go-to-market workflows

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Product evangelism or communication experience for a technical B2B solution, notably developer tools or business automation systems
  • Familiar with how demand creation campaigns and sales enablement programs operate in their process and objectives
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of published work (blogs, papers, launch materials, sales collateral)
  • Hands-on, demonstrable proficiency with AI agent frameworks and automations (e.g., Claude Cowork or Code, OpenAI ChatGPT and Codex, LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, custom agent workflows) applied to marketing tasks
  • Experience building or managing automated workflows using agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop review processes
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of early-stage startups; ability to context-switch between strategy and execution
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, you work naturally with product, engineering, sales, and design teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience marketing agentic AI, autonomous systems, or AI-infrastructure products
  • Familiarity with developer and platform persona marketing motions
  • Interest in building the future of work from the ground up, utilizing the latest tools, techniques, and cross org collaboration
  • Systems understanding in how CRM systems and marketing automation platforms work
  • Technical aptitude, ability to read and discuss documentation, understand system architectures, and speak credibly to engineering-adjacent audiences

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and market benchmarks
  • Meaningful early-stage equity package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible PTO policy and remote-first work culture
  • Annual learning and development stipend with specific allocation for AI tools and agent platform subscriptions
  • The opportunity to shape the marketing function from the ground up at a company building at the frontier of AI
