Description

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape how the market understands and adopts the Coralogix platform. You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — translating technical capabilities (streaming analytics, full-fidelity telemetry, AI-native investigation) into clear, compelling positioning that resonates with engineering leaders and business stakeholders alike.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves getting deep into product detail, understands the observability and DevOps landscape, and can turn complexity into a story that sells.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Own positioning and messaging for core platform capabilities and new product launches, including AI-native features like Olly and our MCP/CLI interfaces
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand roadmap, translate features into customer value, and drive go-to-market plans for new releases
  • Develop sales enablement materials — battle cards, pitch decks, demo scripts, objection handling — that help our sales team win competitive deals
  • Conduct win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to sharpen our positioning against other observability platforms
  • Craft narratives for major company milestones (funding announcements, product launches, analyst briefings) in partnership with Comms and Content teams
  • Define and refine buyer personas and ideal customer profiles across DevOps, SRE, security, and increasingly, business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation on campaign messaging, and with Content on blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that showcase customer outcomes
  • Support pricing and packaging conversations with market and customer insight
  • Act as an internal expert on the competitive landscape, market trends, and where observability is heading in the age of AI agents
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/DevOps-focused company
  • Experience marketing technical products to technical audiences (engineers, DevOps, SREs) — you're comfortable in the weeds of a product spec
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can turn a complex technical concept into a sentence a CFO and an engineer both understand
  • A track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering, and confidence influencing without direct authority
  • Familiarity with observability, monitoring, logging, or the broader cloud-native/DevOps ecosystem is a strong plus
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable using research, win/loss data, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Bonus: experience marketing AI-powered or agentic product features

Cultural Fit

We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation and rewards

  • The earnings range for this role is $200,000-$350,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time and paid time off.

Coralogix is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
