📬 About Stable

Our mission is to make it simple to headquarter any business on the internet. Today, we provide companies with a business address and a dashboard to manage their physical mail online. Over 15,000+ companies like Brex, Doordash, and Gusto use Stable to automate their mailroom and act as their permanent business address with the IRS, state, and vendors.

The rules that regulate US entities were written in the 1800s. Stable abstracts these antiquated requirements with tools that empower modern companies to move forward faster.

These rules don't make sense for the way we work today — work takes place in the cloud and businesses are no longer tied to physical proximity or geography.

We’re on a mission to fix the broken system of entity management. Starting with business addresses and mail, we’re abstracting the complex, archaic systems that make company-building painful and turning them into delightful experiences — so that modern businesses have the tools they need to move forward faster.

We're backed by leading Silicon Valley investors like Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Shakti, Hustle Fund, and founders from companies like Lattice, Apartment List, and FlexJobs.

Our business is at an inflection point. We’re growing quickly with a product people love and we’ve proven we can service companies of all stages and industries — from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies in industries like technology, logistics, and property management.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup as one of the first employees and do work that directly impacts the future of how companies are built.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how Stable is positioned, launched, and sold. In this role you will incorporate AI to scale yourself and ensure the organization can produce high quality work that is on-message, on-brand and never outdated. You will report to the Head of Growth and work cross functionally with product, engineering, sales, success and the founders of the company.

What you'll own

Positioning & messaging

  • Own Stable’s category story, competitive positioning, and messaging across all segments, from founders & solopreneurs to large enterprises

  • Define and maintain ICPs and buyer personas for each segment, including the jobs-to-be-done and enterprise buying committee

  • Ensure sales, marketing, product, and leadership are all telling the same story to the market

  • Own messaging across the website, pricing page, and key in-product moments like onboarding, partnering with design and growth teams to test and improve conversion

Product & platform

  • Act as the bridge between product and go-to-market so the whole team knows what is being built, why it’s being built, and when it’s shipping

  • Define how our products fit together, how they’re sequenced, and how our platform narrative evolves as we add more products to the Stable portfolio

  • Partner with Product and Finance teams on pricing and packaging design

Enablement & Launches

  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams with talk tracks, objection handling, and proof points that improve meeting conversion and win rates, and train them on new launches so they can articulate the value to customers

  • Build and maintain sales assets including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and competitor comparison pages

  • Build and run the launch tiering framework and launch calendar, aligning the level of GTM investment to the impact of each release

  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and major feature launches, including messaging, enablement, resource updates, and metrics

Competitive & customer insight

  • Run competitive analysis across third- and first-party data and maintain a repository of competitive intelligence

  • Mine call transcripts, win/loss data, churn reasons, customer interviews, and product usage data to inform how our messaging and positioning evolve

  • Build a customer proof engine, including case studies, testimonials, review site presence (G2, Capterra, Trustpilot), and a customer reference program

  • Regularly audit how LLMs talk about Stable and partner with content to improve sentiment and message accuracy

Measurement & systems

  • Own and report on PMM performance metrics, including competitive win rates, new product adoption, and pipeline/revenue influenced

  • Build and maintain AI systems that equip the entire GTM team to rapidly produce on-brand work without PMM in the loop

✨ Requirements
  • 5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company

  • Experience at organizations selling to both SMB/self-serve and enterprise buyers

  • A track record of positioning work that measurably moved win rates, conversion, or adoption

  • Equal comfort partnering with and influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience leading launches end to end, from messaging through enablement and post-launch measurement

  • Comfort with data and the ability to self serve insights

  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools and curiosity about how buyers conduct research in the age of AI

  • Sharp, concise writing, and excellent communication skills

  • Experience with multi-product or platform positioning is a strong plus

😀 Who you are
  • Driven by impact: You believe in building programs that deliver real business results, not just surface-level activity.

  • Relationship-oriented: You’re energized by people, and naturally build trust through clear communication, consistency, and value delivery.

  • Experiment and optimize: You love testing new things, iterating on what works, and constantly looking for leverage.

  • Autonomous and resourceful: You take ownership and move fast — even when the path is ambiguous.

🎁 What we offer
  • Competitive salary, generous equity, and commission 🚀

  • Unlimited vacation-time 🏖

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance 🏥

  • Home office set-up 🖥

  • Work from anywhere within US time zones (GMT-5 to GMT-10) 💻

  • Opportunities to shape the future of Stable and grow into leadership roles 💌
