We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager to join our world-class Marketing team! As a dedicated B2B product marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and shaping our go-to-market strategy for our AI portfolio. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE: 

  • Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to deeply understand customer requirements and develop target personas responsible for deploying, maintaining, and delivering on AI projects. 

  • Craft clear and differentiated messaging and positioning for our AI products/solutions and campaigns, tailored to IT leadership, DevOps and AI Practitioners. 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to raise Cohesity and product brand awareness and relevance in the AI space while also driving pipeline growth. 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy, including various materials like collateral, videos, presentations, blogs, etc., to support demand generation campaigns. 

  • Define and drive a promotional activation strategy to place Cohesity in the consideration set for AI projects. 

  • Represent the company and our solutions at speaking engagements, conferences, media events, and analyst briefings. 

  • Collaborate with the sales and partner enablement teams to develop sales enablement collateral and support field communication. 

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING: 

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in a relevant enterprise software organization.  

  • Experience in AI data platforms, DevOps, data lakes, data catalogs, RAG, and/or AI workflow tools is highly desired but not required. 

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making. 

  • Excellent storytelling skills, demonstrated through exceptional written and spoken communications. 

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and work with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Ability to identify customer needs and effectively position B2B products/solutions to resonate with diverse target audiences. 

  • A proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership who excels in a dynamic software environment. 

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$153,600.00-$192,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.

In-Office Expectations
Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
