Product Marketing Manager

Astranis is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate complex satellite and aerospace technology into simple, compelling verbal and visual language that drive customer understanding and adoption.

You’ll own product messaging and positioning, create materials that bring Astranis’s technology to life, and enable our Sales and BD teams to communicate value propositions clearly and consistently. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to help the world understand how Astranis is changing the economics of space-based connectivity.

Role:
  • Develop clear and differentiated messaging for Astranis’s products and services.
  • Create compelling materials for sales enablement: one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, demos, trainings, and presentations.
  • Partner with Engineering and BD to ensure technical accuracy and customer relevance.
  • Lead Go-To-Market planning for new programs and product launches.
  • Implement measurement best practices around adoption, utilization, and influence. 
  • Gather customer and market insights and run competitive analysis to refine positioning and identify opportunities.
  • Support events and campaigns with tailored content for key segments.
  • Help shape how Astranis talks about our technology, internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in product marketing or related B2B roles.
  • Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Experience developing GTM plans, messaging frameworks, and enablement content.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, legal).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail and clarity.
Bonus:
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or telecommunications industries.
  • Familiarity with export controls, government contracting implications, and working in regulated environments.
  • Understanding of and sensitivity to marketing across regions, languages, and cultures. 
  • Passion for space technology and connecting the world.

All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.
 
Base pay is a single component of Astranis's total rewards package, which may also include equity in the form of incentive stock options, high quality company-subsidized healthcare, disability and life insurance benefits, flexible PTO, 401(K) retirement, and free on-site catered meals.
 
Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.
Base Salary
$160,000$190,000 USD
U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
