About Knowtex

Knowtex is building the future of voice AI operating systems for clinicians, transforming how healthcare documentation happens at the point of care. Founded by Stanford AI scientists with deep clinical experience, we're experiencing explosive growth across both commercial health systems and federal healthcare, with our ambient documentation platform scaling rapidly to thousands of clinicians across hundreds of specialties.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own our product story, go-to-market strategy, and customer-facing content. You'll be responsible for translating Knowtex's cutting-edge ambient AI technology into compelling narratives that resonate with clinicians, health system administrators, and federal procurement teams. This is an opportunity to join an incredible team, own content that will feed product launch campaigns, support sales teams, and drive customer experiences across our fastest-growing verticals.

You'll know you're right for this role if you can connect the dots between product strategy and compelling content, love building campaigns within a team of collaborators, and are energized by the challenge of positioning complex AI capabilities in ways that drive real clinical adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or AI/ML products

  • Exceptional writing ability that sets you apart—you can communicate complex technical concepts in creative, clear, and compelling ways

  • Portfolio demonstrating both short-form and long-form content (sales collateral, case studies, launch materials, web copy)

  • Deep understanding of product marketing fundamentals: positioning, messaging, launch strategy, competitive analysis, buyer personas

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams in fast-paced startup environments

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence—you can articulate a clear vision and influence stakeholders across the business

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to own initiatives end-to-end without constant direction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or healthtech experience, especially in clinical workflows, EMR/EHR systems, or AI-powered healthcare solutions

  • Experience marketing to healthcare buyers: physicians, practice administrators, health system executives, federal procurement

  • Understanding of clinical specialties (oncology, orthopedics, etc.) and specialty-specific documentation needs

  • Familiarity with federal contracting sales cycles and government healthcare market (VA, DoD)

  • Background in AI/ML product marketing, especially voice AI, NLP, or automation platforms

  • Experience launching products in regulated industries (HIPAA, healthcare compliance)

  • Track record creating content that directly influenced pipeline generation and win rates

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity compensation

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Premium health, dental, and vision coverage

  • 401(k) plan

  • Hybrid work model: 3 days/week in our San Francisco office
