Job Description

  

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our PCI Express Protocol test tools product line. This role is responsible for driving product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales enablement to accelerate growth in the high-performance computing, storage, and networking markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for PCI Express Protocol Test Tools, including market segmentation, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct market research and customer needs analysis to identify emerging trends, new use cases, and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to define go-to-market plans, launch new products and features, and ensure successful market adoption.
  • Create and deliver marketing collateral such as datasheets, white papers, presentations, webinars, and case studies.
  • Train and enable the sales team with product knowledge, competitive insights, objection handling, and sales tools.
  • Engage with key customers, industry analysts, and ecosystem partners to drive awareness, collect feedback, and foster relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or product management within the electronics, semiconductor, or test & measurement industry.
  • Deep understanding of PCI Express protocol, protocol analyzers, and their applications in system validation and debug.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and market growth in technical B2B environments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) for customer visits, events, and tradeshows.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with other high-speed serial protocols (e.g., USB, Ethernet, SAS/SATA, CXL).
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and customer success.

  

Salary Range:

$120,300.00-$160,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
