About Qualytics

At Qualytics, we empower data teams to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues—including the ones they didn’t know they had. Our platform goes beyond surface-level checks to assess data row by row, catching silent errors, unexpected changes, and anomalies before they cause real-world consequences.

We work with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in the world—enterprises where data quality has a direct impact on performance, compliance, and strategic decisions. Whether it’s financial reporting, healthcare operations, or AI model integrity, bad data can quietly break big things—and we help ensure it doesn’t.

Joining Qualytics means collaborating with top-tier data professionals tackling high-stakes, deeply complex challenges. If you care about trust, rigor, and solving foundational problems that power how the world works, let's talk.

Role Overview

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll partner closely with product, sales, and customer success to bring our positioning to life, support product launches, and enable our go-to-market teams to win. You’ll play a key role in refining how we communicate what makes Qualytics different to enterprise buyers, particularly in data-intensive industries like financial services, insurance, healthcare, and supply chain.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and evolve our positioning and messaging: Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging tailored to enterprise data buyers.

  • Drive sales enablement: Develop compelling collateral, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and training to support the GTM team.

  • Lead product launches and customer communication: Partner with product and marketing teams to develop launch messaging and coordinate cross-functional rollouts.

  • Develop competitive insights: Stay close to the market and translate insights into messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market programs.

  • Be the voice of the buyer: Partner with sales and CS to understand buyer needs, objections, and use cases — and feed those insights back into messaging and product planning.

You Should Have:

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company

  • Experience working at a data quality, observability, or analytics company is highly desirable

  • Experience operating in early- to mid-stage venture-backed SaaS companies

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across product, sales, and marketing teams

  • Highly hands-on — comfortable creating content, messaging, and enablement assets directly

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to turn complex data, technology, and concepts into clear communications

  • Growth mindset: comfortable with undefined processes and experimentation; excited to work on new initiatives that fuel growth

Why Work Here?

We’re flexible, honest, and collaborative. We support and challenge one another. We’re united by curiosity and rigor. And we’re lifelong learners, always pursuing personal and professional growth.

Perks

  • Competitive salary and equity—we pay for excellence

  • Unlimited vacation and company-wide holidays

  • Medical, dental, vision, and other insurance benefits

  • Opportunities for conference attendance and public speaking

  • Fun, remote-friendly culture with Slack GIF wars and team camaraderie

  • Note: Remote within the U.S. only; no visa sponsorship available
