We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product & Solutions Marketing to own Pigment’s platform, solution, and AI positioning, and to shape how we tell our story to the market. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, with responsibility for translating Pigment’s capabilities into clear, credible, and differentiated value.
Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting, you’ll ensure consistent messaging across corporate, product, and GTM communications, and drive high-impact launches from beta through GA.
This role is ideal for a senior product marketer (3+ years) with strong strategic instincts, deep customer empathy, and the ability to turn complex technology into compelling stories.
What You'll do:
- Develop Pigment’s platform & AI positioning and messaging, ensuring clarity and consistency across corporate, product, and go-to-market communications
- Understand our target audiences, which include leaders in Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain. Identify the problems they face, the reasons they would choose Pigment, and the value they expect in return.
- Stay informed on market, competitive and technology trends, and guide internal teams on how these should shape Pigment’s positioning, narrative, and strategic priorities.
- Define and maintain Pigment’s AI point of view, translating complex capabilities into clear, credible value for enterprise audiences.
- Lead strategic storytelling and messaging for major company moments, ensuring narratives are executive-ready and aligned across channels.
- Manage product launches, working with the product team from beta to general availability (GA), own launch frameworks and coordinate all promotional activities—including storyboarding content, developing collateral, and training our sales and customer success teams.
- Partner with Sales and Enablement to ensure internal alignment and readiness around product and platform messaging.
- Measure the effectiveness of messaging and launches using qualitative and quantitative signals, and continuously refine based on learnings.
Who You Are:
- You have over 3 years of experience as Product Marketing Manager with a background in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for platforms or products.
- Strong interest in and familiarity with AI-driven products or narratives, with the ability to communicate them credibly.
- Comfortable working across multiple buyer audiences and defining a coherent platform-level story.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
- Highly structured, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Communications.
- Comfortable working with data and using it to support your recommendations.
- Curious and eager to learn, experiment, and test new approaches, including the use of AI.
