About ANELLO

ANELLO Photonics develops next-generation inertial navigation systems powered by our patented SiPhOG™ (Silicon Photonic Optical Gyroscope) technology. Our sensors enable reliable navigation in GPS-denied environments, supporting autonomous systems across defense, aerospace, maritime, and robotics applications. As autonomy expands into increasingly contested environments, resilient navigation is becoming mission-critical. ANELLO sits at the intersection of photonics, inertial sensing, and autonomous systems, helping customers build platforms that can operate when GPS cannot. We are a fast-growing deep-tech startup working with leading autonomy and defense companies worldwide.

Role Overview

ANELLO is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to help translate our technology into clear customer value and scale our marketing efforts. This role bridges engineering, customers, and business development. You will work closely with ANELLO engineers to understand our navigation technology and communicate its advantages to autonomy developers, defense integrators, and robotics companies.  You will also help scale ANELLO’s marketing infrastructure, including HubSpot, website content, collateral creation, and social media execution. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working with customers, creating technical content, and operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Messaging

  • Translate ANELLO’s navigation technology into clear product messaging and positioning
  • Work closely with engineering to understand product capabilities and roadmap

Customer Engagement

  • Interface directly with customers, partners, and system integrators
  • Capture customer requirements and feedback and relay them to engineering
  • Act as a technical liaison between ANELLO engineering and customer teams

Technical Content

  • Develop case studies, application notes, white papers, and product briefs
  • Capture real-world customer deployments and performance examples

Marketing Infrastructure:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot for email campaigns, lead tracking, and marketing automation
  • Maintain and update ANELLO’s website, including product and news content
  • Track marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness

Sales Enablement

  • Develop presentations, product collateral, and supporting materials for business development
  • Support product launches, demonstrations, and industry events

Social Media

  • Develop and execute ANELLO’s LinkedIn and digital content strategy
  • Highlight product milestones, customer deployments, and company announcements

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Aerospace, or a related technical field
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical systems
  • Strong writing skills and experience producing technical marketing content
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and customers

Nice to Have's

  • Background in autonomy, robotics, navigation, sensors, or aerospace systems
  • Experience creating case studies, white papers, or application notes
  • Familiarity with INS, IMU, GNSS, or autonomous vehicle systems
  • Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation tools
  • Startup experience or strong interest in working in a fast-paced startup
  • Experience supporting defense, aerospace, or robotics customers
