The Product Marketing Manager will define product positioning, lead GTM strategy, and create sales enablement materials while collaborating across teams to communicate value to customers in the robotics and AI sectors.
The summary above was generated by AI

Dexmate is building the foundation for physical AI — combining a new generation of robots with a universal Physical AI OS, making robots as easy to build and deploy as software. Today, robotics is fragmented, slow, and closed: most builders are forced to reinvent the same stack again and again, and most ideas never make it past the prototype stage. We exist to change that. Our mission is to democratize robotics by lowering the barrier to entry, delivering a plug-and-play platform for developers, researchers, and enterprises, and cultivating an open ecosystem that accelerates the evolution of physical AI. If you want to help shape the next layer of human capability — and believe the future of robotics should be built together, not in isolation — we'd love to build it with you.

About the Role

We're seeking a driven and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you'll work closely with our Product and R&D teams to define product positioning, craft compelling messaging, and lead GTM strategy.

You will own how our products are positioned, communicated, and brought to market, playing a critical role in shaping how Dexmate's technology is understood by customers.

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing—translating complex robotics and physical AI technologies into clear, compelling value propositions for enterprise customers.

We're looking for someone with strong product marketing experience who is passionate about robotics and physical AI, and excited to help bring cutting-edge innovation to real-world applications.

    • Demo narratives

    • Technical explainers

  • Ensure all content aligns with GTM priorities and contributes to pipeline goals

Required Qualifications
  • 4–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, robotics, AI/ML, developer ecosystems, or hardware–software platforms

  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex robotics and AI concepts

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging

  • Experience owning or contributing to go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product launches

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
