About the Role:

Klarity is looking for a founding Product Marketing Lead. As the founding product marketer, this role will build messaging and positioning for Klarity’s products and solutions across a variety of ICPs and Personas, develop content and programs that inspire our customers, accelerate our sales team, and enhance credibility and adoption for Klarity’s products. This is a unique opportunity to define the product marketing function and blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

In this Role, you will:
  • Market Research & Understanding: Acquire and possess in-depth understanding of our target markets, customers, buyer personas, competitors, and partners.

  • GTM Strategy: Partner closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and tactics, then develop integrated marketing plans in collaboration with sales, product, field, and growth to drive pipeline.

  • Product/Feature Launch: Coordinate and communicate product/feature launches and updates.

  • Sales Enablement: Support our sales and marketing efforts as a subject matter expert. Create and deliver compelling collateral, AI tools, and programs to accelerate the sales team.

  • Content Development: Develop thought leadership and educational content to drive awareness and consideration for Klarity products and solutions at the top of the funnel.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in B2B environments.

  • Expertise leveraging GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc. to supercharge efforts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, story-telling, and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated passion for and understanding of AI/ML technology, and the ability to explore and push the use of generative AI tools to unlock productivity.

  • Strong business judgment and the ability to influence at all levels, including executive and to work across functions.

  • A collaborative mindset, drive to create and improve processes, and willingness to support team members on various projects as needed.

  • An outstanding level of attention to detail.
