Product Marketing Manager – RTC & Conversational AI

Agora is looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help shape how we bring our real-time communications and Conversational AI products to market.

This role sits at the center of our GTM team and will own product launches, positioning, messaging, content strategy, competitive insights, and sales enablement. You’ll help translate Agora’s platform vision into clear market narratives, customer-ready stories, and revenue-driving programs.

You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Solutions Architects, Developer Relations, Growth, Field Marketing, and Marketing leadership to drive product adoption, improve message clarity, and help Agora strengthen its leadership in RTC, voice/video, and AI-powered communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product and solutions messaging for Agora’s RTC and Conversational AI portfolio
  • Create core PMM content, including solution briefs, one-pagers, pitch decks, demo decks, sales playbooks, battlecards, FAQs, and launch materials
  • Lead GTM planning for new products, features, and solutions, including audience definition, positioning, launch strategy, objectives, and pricing/packaging input
  • Build sales playbooks with clear value propositions, use cases, competitive narratives, and market-specific messaging
  • Partner with Product Management to bring customer, market, and competitive insights into roadmap discussions
  • Build and maintain sales and partner enablement programs, including live enablement sessions for Sales and GTM teams
  • Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research and turn findings into clear recommendations for Product, Marketing, Sales, and leadership
  • Work with Growth and Field Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent across the website, campaigns, events, webinars, and content programs
  • Track PMM impact through launch performance, pipeline and revenue influence, win/loss themes, message adoption, and content usage
  • Act as an evangelist for Agora’s products and category through executive briefings, webinars, events, and internal forums

What We’re Looking For

  • 6-8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, PaaS, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or technical products
  • Experience marketing developer-first products, especially SDKs, APIs, platforms, infrastructure, or technical software
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for developers, product leaders, sales teams, partners, and business stakeholders
  • Experience owning positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, GTM strategy, launches, and product adoption
  • Ability to independently create high-quality product marketing content across decks, briefs, playbooks, battlecards, FAQs, and sales enablement materials
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product Management, Sales, Solutions Architects, Developer Relations, Growth, and Field Marketing
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including market research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, win/loss insights, and KPI tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, global environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders

Technical Areas We Care About

You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working with technical products and technical audiences. Relevant experience may include:

  • Real-time voice and video
  • Low-latency streaming
  • SDKs and APIs
  • Developer platforms
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Conversational AI
  • AI/ML-powered products
  • LLMs, STT/TTS, RAG, or agentic AI

Preferred Experience

  • Experience at a Conversational AI, RTC, CPaaS, developer platform, cloud, AI, or infrastructure company
  • Experience supporting developers, software architects, solutions engineers, or technical buyers
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, or similar sales/enablement platforms
  • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Perplexity, Jasper, Grammarly, or similar tools to accelerate research and content development while maintaining originality and quality
  • Experience partnering with demand generation, field marketing, regional marketing, or growth teams on integrated GTM programs

This is a hybrid role based in our Santa Clara office. The role requires in-office presence three days per week, generally Tuesday through Thursday.
