MISTRAS Group (NYSE: MG) is a global leader in asset protection solutions, combining inspection, engineering, analytics, and digital technologies to help ensure the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure. Through its integrated portfolio of sensors, instrumentation, software, and data-driven solutions, MISTRAS enables real-time insight into asset condition across industries, including oil & gas, infrastructure, and manufacturing.

Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager for the acoustic emissions product line serves as the strategic and executional engine behind how our solutions go to market. This role is ideal for a highly proactive, self‑directed marketer who thrives on building programs from the ground up—rather than simply contributing to existing ones.

You will own go‑to‑market strategy and execution end to end, while also creating high‑quality marketing assets, campaigns, and communications. This is a hands‑on role requiring a blend of technical aptitude, strong design judgment, email marketing expertise, and a clear bias toward action.

Key ResponsibilitiesGo‑to‑Market Strategy & Execution
  • Define and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market plans for product launches and solution enhancements.
  • Operate as a true self‑starter—identifying gaps, building plans independently, and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.
  • Develop clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions for both technical and executive audiences.
Content Creation, Design & Campaigns
  • Own end‑to‑end development of marketing assets, including presentations, product sheets, case studies, landing pages, and digital content.
  • Design visually compelling materials using modern graphic design tools, maintaining a high standard of brand consistency and professionalism.
  • Partner with demand generation to execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
  • Build and manage email marketing programs, including campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Develop automated nurture streams that move prospects through the funnel and generate measurable pipeline impact.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize for engagement and conversion.
Market & Customer Insights
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice‑of‑customer interviews.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging tailored to defined personas.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product management and engineering to align product development with market needs.
  • Partner with sales on enablement, customer engagement, and field marketing initiatives.
Brand & Thought Leadership
  • Champion the MISTRAS brand and acoustic emissions product offering through trade shows, webinars, and industry engagement.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints while contributing to broader brand awareness efforts.
QualificationsRequired
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B industrial, instrumentation, or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated self‑starter with a track record of independently driving initiatives from concept through execution.
